Snorkel!!!

I bought us snorkels and masks. Mine is perscription! I went to Amy's pool tonight so we could try them out. Amy was getting a little anxious about the breathing part but she caught on and was soon like a fish! Melissa also tried it out.

The Weekend

Another beautiful Shore weekend. Friday night we had dinner with Alan, Ina, Joshie, Jason, Rachel and Josh. Smith's Clam Bar, or Smitty's to those in the know. Not much for me to eat but Amy loves the chowder.



Earlier in the day, Adam and Soul FX played in front of City Hall to help raise money for the Variety Club. They sounded great.





Andy had a great barbeque on Saturday. Jaime and Abby came with the kids.





Then Jonah's Briss! Big crowd. Hot dog cart! He has very red hair. Jen looked great.

We had Jonah's briss and the Erlbaum's picnic today. I'll post some pics from the weekend soon! One week till Hawaii!!!

Wednesday

We are sitting on the sofa watching Invincible. Amy is asking many questions about the Eagles. I was busy with Hawaii today. I bought a perscription snorkel mask for myself and a regular one for Amy. I justified it as we are going to Aruba and Florida all the time. Got another memory card for the camera, up to 4 gigs now. Still trying to decide if I should bring Amy's laptop. It would be cool to have it for the airplane but mainly to copy pictures so we can have a backup and even upload some to here. We will see.

There were a bunch of earthquakes on the Big Island. They closed Volcano National Park. It better be open when we get there!

The Calm After the Storm

Everyone says that you might get a little depressed after your wedding. A year of planning and being the center of attention over before you know it. Since we were prepared for this, we feel pretty good. It also helps that we still have the honeymoon to look forward to. Amy has been busy with the end of school and I'm back to work and playing softball. I bought Amy a new bicycle in Margate. Her first new bike since she was 13. She's very excited but after a long ride yesterday, her butt hurts!
