Back to Sesame

Happy Monday!  I'm not sure what happened but I took very few pictures this weekend so I might have to stretch them out a bit.  Aden got 4, yes 4, new pairs of shoes at Olly.  I think they see us coming!  Of course, these are the only ones he will ever wear.  They are Star Wars sneakers with light up light sabers.  He could not wait to show his friends at school.

Someone, who shall remain nameless, put the baby to sleep in a long sleeve onsie and tights!  To their defense, it was dark in the room.
Saturday night, we went to the Willow Grove Mall and had dinner at Ben and Irvs.  No pictures.
Sunday we went to Sesame Place!  It was the second day of the season and a nice day so off we went!
Sunny day so needed those shades.
Amy did all the spinny rides.

The bouncy thing is his favorite.
 Part 2 coming up!

Ariel Mouse

Happy Friday!!!  It's Jen and Howard's due date but no sign of the little girl yet!  I love that Ariel is going to have so many friends!  Here are some random pictures from the week.  Aden put on his jacket and said he was ready to go to school!  I guess he forgot about his pi's!
Ariel is ready to go to Disney World!  The countdown has begun!
Some ice cream at Sweet Pea.

The incubator in Aden's classroom.  When will the chicks come?
It was fun try to figure out how to look this up on Amazon.  I think expanding ball did the trick.

Maura is back from school and helping a lot!

Who is that girl in the mirror?
 Soccer night!
Aden did really well.  He might be ready for a real soccer class once he's 4.

He shoots...he scores!!!  Have a great weekend everyone!

Smores!!!

We got a note from school that the kids are no longer able to use the classroom books on their own during free time as the books were being damaged.  (they assured us it wasn't Aden)  So now we have to send him with books everyday.  He was so excited to show his friends his new Superfriends book.
 Let's make smores!
We weren't sure how to heat up the marshmallows without a campfire.  I wanted to use the gas stove top but we settled on the oven.

Hurry up, I can't wait to try them!

So, what do you think Aden?  How did they come out?

 Yummmm!
Aden and mommy did a great job.
We did have sports class last night but I will save those pictures for tomorrow.

Visitors

Everything is cool.  I'm back at work.  Here Aden and his friends were digging for fossils.
On Monday afternoon, my friend and old roommate Matt came with his family.  They live in LA and have not been in the area for 4 years so it was our first time meeting the kids.  Owen is exactly a year younger than Aden and Elijah was born in November, right before Ariel.  The boys played nicely.
It's hard to tell from the pictures, but Elijah was at least twice the size of Ariel.
They kept touching each other, too cute.

Wish we could see them more often!

Bad timing.  The electrician was there putting in our spots  so we had to stay in the kitchen.
