Back to School?

It's Tuesday night.  It's after 11 and we can't get Aden to sleep.  The Avengers is on.  It's not like we haven't see it 100 times.  They all look so young.  We got a lot more virtual learning done today.  Even the twins were on the iPad with their teacher doing a scavenger hunt.  These pics are from last Monday and part of Tuesday.  Last Monday I told Amy we wouldn't be having the cleaning people anymore.  Needless to say, she was not happy.  We actually cleaned a whole floor of the house.  We did the other floor the next day.  It wasn't so bad.
 We did some home schooling.

 Then art projects.

 Story time.

 Some funny things from Facebook.

 Tuesday was nice and warm.
 We got outside a bit.

Amy went through her old school stuff and found things for Ariel and the twins to work on.

Sadly, we won't be going back to school for a while.
Ariel tried to learn to ride a bike again but was not successful.
The neighbors walking by.  It was nice to see someone.
 Lol.

Zoom Meetings

It's Monday night.  Today was the first day of virtual learning.  The kids did not get up as early as we would have liked but they did get some work done.  The twins actually work the hardest of the 4!  Aden thankfully does most of it on his own.  Ariel still needs help.  It was supposed to be warm and sunny today and we were looking forward to getting out after the weekend's rain but it was cool and wet today.  It's hard to be cooped up.  Here are a few pics from last Sunday.

Amy is trying everything to get the boys to learn something.
We had a Zoom meeting with the twins friends and their teacher.
It was funny to hear them interacting.
It was a quiet afternoon.  Notice how the boys are still in pjs.
 Looks like they finally changed.
I found some 3d puzzles for them to work on.

 So it begins.
The boys ask mommy to scratch their backs.
Bedtime craziness.  Not sure why they always pick Aden's room.

Some funny things I saw on Facebook.

First Smores of the Season

It's Sunday night and the world is still crazy.  We took a long drive today to get out.  It's so quiet out there with so many people staying home and so many businesses closed.  The twins slept in the car, which was really nice.  Tomorrow we start virtual learning.  That should be interesting.  The kids even have their specials like music and art.  Speaking of teachers...

There is some funny stuff out there.
Back to last Saturday.  Looks like we were doing marble tracks early.
Ariel's cheer coaches husband is a contractor now out of work.  We might have him come replace our back door.  We need a new one.
Aden helped out the neighbors with their mulch.
Maybe not the smartest idea but we spent the afternoon at Todd and Ali's house.
The kids had a lot of fun.  Even gave the adults a few minutes to ourselves!

Noah should not have been driving.  He crashed into everything.
 Thanks for cleaning Eli.
 Cuties.
It was a but chilly, so we got the fire going.

Since there was a fire, how could we not make smores?

This was the last time we hung out with people. Don't know when we will be able to do that again.  It's so sad and scary.  We, like Olaf, need warm hugs.
This was Ariel's picture of Amy and I.  I guess I needed to shave.
