Bye Florida

We are home! The snow wasn't so bad. What was everyone complaining about? Wednesday morning, we took Aden to Sugar Sand Park in Boca. We were here last year with Lisa and Matt. It's really an amazing place.

Amy took Aden on the merry go round. It makes me sick! He loved it.

Then it was time to really play.

It's like the castle in Doylestown, but even cooler!

Aden ran right up to the top. No fear!

There was cool stuff everywhere.

Ok, time to hit the beach!

Finally, a beach day!

It was crowded.

We weren't sure what to expect but Aden ran right on and wanted to play.

Fun with grandpop.

He got close to the water but wouldn't touch it. It was actually warmer than the air!

He found a giant lobster!

Fun day!

We went down to Ft. Lauderdale for dinner then came back to pack.
Early flight, will update later...

That's A Big Bird!

It's Wednesday morning and Aden and I are the only ones up. We have been doing some video chatting with Amy's family. On Sunday, Mark showed us the snow storm!

Monday was shopping day at our favorite place, Town Center Mall at Boca Raton.

Aden got some really great things.

Yes, we are so in trouble if we ever have a girl!

Aden can find Toy Story anywhere!

Ice skating at the mall.

The Apple Store had a huge line!

Tuesday, we had a hard time deciding what to do. There are so many different kinds of animal parks down here. Parrots, monkeys, butterflies, lions...

So, we chose the Palm Beach Zoo.

It was about a half hour away.

He loved this fountain.

I will spare you any animal pictures.

There were a lot of big birds. Flamingos, Eagles, Swans. Aden just kept saying, "that's a big bird!"

Ok, just this one. I loved that the birds were sunning themselves under the heat lamps.

It was a very rustic place.

They had a really nice animal show.

One more time at the fountain.

After his poor attempt at a nap, we took Aden to a local playground.

Aden made a new friend, Nathan.

Last night, we went to our current favorite place, Taverna Kyma in Boca.

Mom got one huge shrimp!
