Back to the Shore

Last Thursday, Amy got together with her Mahjong friends.
I went to Tesla to get my windshield fixed.  There was a cool Tesla robot there.
And a Cybertruck!  That thing is weird.
I had lunch with Alicia.
Then did some shopping.
The car ready pretty quickly though.
That night, we worked on the latest Mark Rober science kit.
It was a cool marble maze.
Last Friday, after school, we packed up the car and drove to the shore.  Traffic wasn't too bad.
Steven was there waiting!
Eli serenaded us.
Ariel found friends quickly and we headed to the Dairy Bar.
It was crowded but we were excited to be back.
Can't beat Dairy Bar ice cream on a summer night.  It's hard to believe it's even more expensive than last year.
A little searching the sky on a clear night.  Have a great weekend!

Rachel is Back

Last Tuesday, I went to the gym after work.
Then I sat by the pool a little.
Driveway chalk is always popular at our house.
Eli has been Facetiming with his friend Paul.
Eli and Vickie.
Rachel came back for the first time in along time to do some cheer with Ariel.
It was nice enough to do it outside.
Rachel made Ariel work hard.
She taught Ariel some high school cheers.

Great job Ariel!
Poor Ariel woke up with a fever last Wednesday.  She stayed home from school but I took her over that afternoon to watch her friends in the district wide 6th grade track meet at the high school.

I knew so many of the kids and parents because of Ariel.
Ariel found Harper!

There's Lynde.
Ariel had buddies everywhere.
A quiet night around the house.

The Sky is Falling

Last Sunday, we got up at 4:30 and were out the door by 5.  That was hard!  On the elevator Amy was wondering how quiet it would be in lobby at that time.  It was as busy as any other time!  People were still dressed up from the night before.  Drinking, gambling.  Coming in from the electronic dance festival.  We were totally shocked.
We drove past the Sphere on the way to the airport.  A cool moon.
The airport was busy but it went smoothly.  Bye Vegas!
 The Strip from above!
The Hoover Dam!  It was a pretty quick 4 hour flight back and surprisingly our bags came out quickly at the airport.
We headed to the car and had a nasty surprise waiting for us.  A chunk of concrete fell from the ceiling and hit my car!  It cracked the windshield then landed on the hood denting and scratching it!
There is where it came from.
You can see the crack.  The police took my report then we headed home.
Where Ariel and Lily devoured the Saint Honore doughnuts.  I had a few bites of each one.  Not sure what my favorite was.
Last Monday, we can look at some of Eli's work.  He mentioned my arm brace.
We told him if he planted chocolate, he could grow a chocolate tree.  So he did.
How's that tree coming Eli?
Noah had piano lessons.
Then the neighborhood kids begged me to inflate the water slide.

Here they go!

Too much fun!
Eli and Victoria are so much alike.

Aden had his last indoor tennis lesson the for the year.
