Work in AC

Last Monday was momentous.  Aden drove himself to school!  We weren't ready but he sure was.  

He made it!  He left early so he wouldn't have to park between other cars.  

I thought this meme was funny.  Prices are coming down for the Super Bowl tickets so it's probably true nobody cares about this game.  

Eli worked with Mrs. Tara after school.  

Noah had a paino lesson.

Last Tuesday, Aden had a half day and ran into Michael Rappaport the actor at lunch.  

I left in the morning and drove to Atlantic City about an hour and half away.  

I went to a convention.  

One of our vendors is Arm & Hammer.  They always bring us goodies.

Ariel was productive during her half day.  She went shopping in Newtown.  

I headed out to dinner.  

Awesome dinner at Cafe 2825 as usual.  Some of the best food you can get anywhere.  

My chicken parm with vodka sauce and spicy beef bolognese.  

Back to the Borgata.  They were set up for Chinese New Year.  

The place is under construction so much of the casino is walled off.  

It was weird to see it this way.  I played blackjack at $25 for an hour and only lost $95.  I see that as a win!

 

Eagles are NFC Champions!

Last Sunday, I practiced playing Fly Eagles Fly on the piano.  Fitting as Aden and I were heading to the NFC Championship Game.  

We left at 12, got to the stadium pretty quickly, by like 1 but then it took almost 2 hours to park!

When we finally parked we had to go through big crowds to get to the stadium.  

They only had small gates open.  

It was a nice day for football!  The Eagles were hosting the Washington Commanders, who had beaten the Eagles this season.  

Bradley Cooper was sitting behind us again.  

Here we go!  The people around us were so nice and in good moods.  

Finally, the Eagles dominated a game.  They were all so close all year but this was an actual blowout.  We danced around the whole time.  

 A guy we know was season ticket member of the game.  

They got to go in tunnel when the Eagles came out.  

We ran into friends.  

Great win guys!  We are headed to the Super Bowl!

 

Hedwig on the Hogwarts Express

Last Saturday, I started to feel left out not having a blue car.  

It was a quiet day.  The twins worked on Legos.  Eli had the Hogwarts Express.  

 That night, we went to Melissa and Marks to hang out.  

It was nice to be in comfy clothes hanging out with family on a Saturday night.

Late that night, we all watched tv together in the theater Eli made in the basement.  

We found Hedwig riding the Hogwarts Express.  

 

Snowflake Dance

Last Friday, we didn't let Aden drive to school.  It was weird seeing 2 blue cars in the driveway.  

I was at the gym, I noticed a guy in the pool with snow all around it!  He's crazy!

I brought home Crumbl cookies.  Ariel and Eli pounced.  

That night, Ariel had the middle school Snowflake Dance.  Look how pretty and grown up!

Tessa is so much taller than Ariel!

The boys got into Legos that night.  Have a great weekend!
