It's Tuesday night and we are watching the gymnastics. Aden got his first bicycle today! He's doing great with it. More on that later. Now, back to the weekend.
Sunday, very early in the morning, I took Aden with me to a charity event in the name of my uncle on the Atlantic City boardwalk. It's the 4th year.
Aden was tired. We took a walk to the beach.
Some people from work came.
Aden had fun wrestling with Bill.
Aden was in the stroller and Genny was on Leo's shoulders during the race. They were trash talking about who was going to win, which was pretty funny. Then Aden jumped off the stroller and started running, Genny followed.
They ran for a couple of blocks. Everyone was cheering them on. Genny has much longer legs and won easily. Aden stopped 10 feet before the finish because he was mad he lost. I had to carry him the rest of the way. How do you teach a 4 year old to be a good loser?
Sharing the charity bracelets with Ariel.
We then met Alan, Josh and Sloane at the playground. It was busier then usual.
Lots of fun.
We stopped by Judy and Steve's. Beverly, Sol, Sandy and Elliott were there!
Aden and Steve got down to some serious wrestling.
It started raining by 12, so we gave up on the beach. It was Ariel's 8 month birthday and I wanted to take pictures with her sign on the beach but that didn't happen. We packed up and met my parents at The Pub in Pennsauken. We hadn't been there in a while.
We celebrated my dad's birthday, which is actually today, August 1st!
Aden talked about playing the video games all night.
He won a doggie that has not left his side!
