It's Sunday night. We had a quiet weekend at the shore. Last Saturday was Aden's 16th birthday! That was pretty exciting. But first a couple of camp pics.
Aden, who did not study for his permit test, was determined to take it and pass it on his birthday. The DMV opens at 8:30. We got there around 7:45 and the line was around the block!
Literally!
We waited a while then he passed his eye exam. I actually failed my eye exam all those years ago.
Then it was test time. He took a bunch of practice tests but never looked at the manual, which honestly is way too long. He passed! W ehad to wait another hour and a half to actually get the permit.
Here he is! The newest driver. He was so happy, he actually smiled for a picture!
And here's his new car! Lol.
We got back and the twins were doing school work. Poor kids.
Mark came over and took Aden out to drive!
They went to the high school parking lot. Mark said he did well.
Eli wanted to go to Crumbl Cookies.
To surprise Noah.
I then took the twins and Vicky to Altitude.
They like building walls.
The three of them are cute together.
It was packed!
Of course they needed Icees.
We got a sitter and Amy and I took Aden clothes shopping at the King of Prussia Mall. We hadn't been there in ages but it is the best place around to shop and Aden was determined to get a new wardrobe. He did get a bunch of stuff, definitely not this shirt!
We then met my parents and sister at the Capital Grill.
The meal was awesome as usual. Then they brought Aden some sweets and a candle.
Our boy is getting so big!
