Sammy's Bar Mitzvah

Last Saturday was a fun day.  I drove Ariel to cheer practice at Airborne where he had a parent meeting.
Then we watched the girls a little.
My first time seeing the Generals in action.
Eli went to the market.
He found some fun Christmas decorations.
That afternoon, we got dressed up and headed to Sammy's Bar Mitzvah.  It was a 4:30 service at Shir Ami.
They look great!
I grabbed a few quick photos from the service.  Sam did a great job.  He seemed very calm and in control.
Their 2 year old nephew wanted some attention to himself.

Yay!  What a relief for Sam!
Cocktail hour.
Ariel had some close buddies there.
I was on team pink too.
Amy with Melissa and Alyssa.
The boys.
Remember those days long ago that Todd and I were always with Chad.
Melissa and Mark looking stylish.
With Ali, the mother of the groom, I mean Bar Mitzvah boy.
We went into the room and saw the airplane decor.
Shelly the party planner did great.
These girls were ready to party!
We got to dancing right away.

It was a fun crowd.  The dance floor was constantly full.
Even Aden came out to dance a little.

Sammy up in the chair!
Look at this hot couple!
Sam got to shoot the CO2 gun.

All the kids.
Around 60 of them.
Look for Ariel!
Coke and Pepsi.  Noah asked me to do it with him.  The dj came over to me and told me to give him the sign whenever I wanted to lose and be done with the game.  That was nice of him but not necessary.  We got out pretty quickly.  I was worried Noah might cry but they gave him a prize.  He was thrilled.
Noah had a slow start to the night but then he danced like crazy!

Ariel, Harper and Emily never stopped dancing.

Eli liked collecting all the prizes.

We danced till 11
Ariel and Sammy have been friends since they were born.
It was a fabulous night!
