Forget the Car, Take the Boat!

Hello. We had a pretty exciting weekend, with a bit of Aden drama, but more on that later. We left around 2:30 on Friday to go to Bethesda, Maryland for a bar mitzvah. It should be about 2 1/2 hours. I say should, but that doesn't account for friday rush hour in Philly and Baltimore and a driving rainstorm the entire trip. It took us about 4 1/2 hours. Most of the time being unable to see anything. Cousins Sandy and Elliott had a dinner at their house at 8:30. Thankfully, Aden slept in the car so he was ok being up late. You will have to excuse the quality of the pictures for the whole weekend. The lighting was never good but you will get the idea.

They had the close family and friends over for the candle lighting. Amy, Aden and I got to light one!

We hung out in the basement.

Aden loved watching the older kids.

Sandy found the boys old trains. She loved playing with Aden.

Hey Jeff and Clarisse!

Back upstairs. I didn't take any pictures around the rest of the house. It was just too dark.

Found some more toys in the family room.

Drew the bar mitzvah boy is on the right.

The nanny had fun with Aden too. She kept feeding him!

Ok, it's really late, time for bed! Tomorrow we have the service and the awesome party!
