Eataly

Well that was a fun weekend. Saturday morning, the three of us drove (well I drove, Amy did school work and Aden watched the whole Beauty and the Beast) to New York for Carter's third birthday. There was no traffic and we were parked at 21st and Park less than an hour and a half after we left.

It was a beautiful day.

We ate outside at the same festival we got food from last year at Madison Square Park. Pretty dangerous wearing a Phillies hat in Met's land!

Shave ice. I miss Hawaii!

We checked out Eataly. Mario Batali's huge gourmet Italian market and cafe.

I literally bumped into Mario and his bright orange Crocs. We were about the same height. He seems taller on tv.

We still had some time before the party so we headed in the park. And he's off...

Dogs!

Yes, that is a girl in a bikini.

This, on the other hand, was most definitely not a girl in a bikini.

Aden found a playground.
