It's late Monday night and recovering from Aden's kindergarten graduation! It was a very emotional night for us! So proud of our big little guy. I will share those pics later.
Back to Saturday. We drove to the Shore quickly. There was no traffic.
It was a nice day so we headed right to the beach. Aden's finally helping schlep all the stuff! He found Jacob right away and got to digging.
What is with these boys and digging?
He found something.
A little hesitant at first, then she was off and running.
Hey Dana!
You can see Ariel in the distance. We have to keep an eye on her.
Jacob is quite the ladies man. He picked up this teenager who ended up playing with the kids all day.
Here comes baby Eva!
I think we keep the ice cream men in business!
Eva's first time in the ocean!
Not so much!
Finally finished!
Playing ball with their new girlfriend.
Look who is sitting up by herself!
I took a walk with Ariel to see Lucy the Elephant.
There was a wedding going on! And it was 2 brides! That's not something you see everyday. They got a really nice day for it.
She walked the whole way herself.
We stayed on the beach till 5. We closed the place down! It was too nice to leave.
We lost track of Ariel when we got back to the house. Look where we found her!
Let's try some carrots.
Yum! The rest of us ate food from Smith's Clam Bar. Staying in on Saturday nights at the shore is our new reality for the time being.
