Am I crazy, or does he look different every day?
Aden, wake mommy up! The three of us headed to the Breakfast Club for some food.
What should we wear to the beach? Since he doesn't have any bathing suits yet, we went for the Eagles.
I carried him in the Baby Bjorn for the first time. He didn't seem to mind it. We walked to the Adams Ave beach.
We set up the tent and then had a visit from Stacey, Brian and Ariel.
Don't worry, this was the only time he was in the sun, for a few quick pictures, the rest of the time he was covered.
Aden never misses a meal. I can't wait until he can have one of those banana fudge bars on the beach. Hey Ellen.
OK, one more quick picture. We wanted him to get a closer look at the ocean. Everyone wanted to see him. We know so many people on that beach. Everyone one says he is either really big, if they saw him earlier, or really small, if the have never seen him.
We went back and helped Amy's mom prepare dinner. I cooked the salmon, burgers, that I handmade, and vegetables on the barbeque. Adam and Ellen and Scott and Jen came over. It was their first time there so they got a little tour, then we pigged out.
I love to catch people off guard. Seems more real, of course everyone hates this.
A nice group shot.
Contemplating whether or not to go out. (I mean Melissa, not Aden)
Of course we did! Amy and Aden stayed home, but the rest of us headed to the Greenhouse. The following pictures were taken with my cell phone. The view of Lucy the Elephant from the deck.
The young hipsters, or so they think, waiting to get in.
It was very crowded and very young. Mostly college aged kids. We grabbed a table and waited for people to walk by. We did end up knowing a ton. We had a few drinks and even some pizza at 2 am. It was a fun night.
