Still waking up at 4 or 5. Nothing much to do but take a nice long walk around the property.
So sad the Beach is closed.
This was the view behind the hotel. You forget you are in a desert sometimes.
Had to take a quick trip with my dad to the Palazzo, the new addition to the Venetian Hotel, to pick something up. It was a beautiful place.
After Philly and New Jersey being mostly smoke free now, it's a little tough to be in Vegas where smoking is promoted! It's pretty hard to breathe anywhere in the casinos. The Palazzo is trying to be a responsible leader, they are giving you a whole smoke free corridor! I guess that was all they could spare.
They have a Lamborghini dealer in the lobby!
The cab ride was a good chance to get reacquainted with Vegas. Here is the Bellagio. I stayed here the last time. Nice place.
Paris.
The new City Center condos. Crazy.
I bet you can't guess this one!
Luxor.
It was still early enough to jump on the last remaining open pool, in the parking lot.
I got a few minutes in the sun before heading to work. It's a shame the pool was not heated, brrr.
We set up the booth.
It's amazing how they put the show together in a couple of days.
After dinner and watching some gambling (yes, I have not gambled one single penny yet) I headed to the Foundation Room club at the top of the Mandalay Bay. Cool place. Nice view.
Reserved of course.
Caught up on my dance moves.
