Wonderful Wynn

It's Thursday morning and I'm ready to come home.  Today is the last day of the convention.  Yesterday I was up really early again.  I couldn't face the breakfast buffet so I just started walking.  I felt a little bit like Forrest Gump.  I wasn't walking for any particular reason, I just walked and walked and walked.  I passed by the new City Center project again.  Crazy.

Look closely at the slanted roof in the middle.

These guys are nuts!

I was surprised to learn that some of you hadn't been to Las Vegas before.  It really is something to see.

I brought a book to read but I could not find a single place to sit the whole way!  No benches no parks.  The bus stops did not even have seats.  My dad says it's a conspiracy to keep everyone inside gambling.  So I went into the Bellagio thinking there would be a place to chill out but I was wrong!  (I have noticed that there are no seats in any of the lobbies of the casinos).  The last time I was here, about 4 years ago, I stayed at the Bellagio.  It was nice to see it again.

All ready for Christmas.

Very pretty place.

The Chihuly glass.

It's still Fall in this part of the casino.

The eyes were moving.

The water was coming out of the branches.  Pretty cool. I ended up walking about 4 miles.  When I got back, I felt a little faint but had to head directly to the convention.  It was a long day.  I'm not going to bore you with any pictures of pools, although some might appreciate the models showing them off, or of dinner.

After dinner, I wandered over to check out the new Wynn casino.  It was pretty amazing.
