Aden Loves His Toys

Tuesday we set up Aden's Jumperoo.  We are finally getting to use Jaime and Abby's present from 6 months ago!  It's such a project to put all of this stuff together but it's worth it in the end.  He has so much fun playing now.  

Not that there is room for this stuff in our condo.  I guess it's a good thing we are moving.



We had to take s short break.  I guess he can only be in the Jumperoo for so long.

Even though we only settled on the new house in October, we are refinancing!  Our rate was 5 7/8, we can now get 4 7/8, 30 year, fixed, no points.  We will save a bunch a month and make back the closing costs in less than a year.  Now we are dealing with a new closing so I've been busy collecting all the documents again.
