Party House

It's now Sunday night and things are winding down around here. Aden is asleep and Amy is doing school work. She has to do progress reports for kids she just met. I told her just to make them up. For the third weekend in a row, we had a ton of people here Saturday night. People keep saying this is what happens when you live in the suburbs near everyone. They were all good practice for the biggest night yet coming this Thursday for Passover.

Friday, Aden helped out at work.

All he needs is a lid to be happy. He looks like a big boy!

Saturday we went shopping to find outfits for our weekend long B'nai Mitzvah in Washington, DC. The invitation calls for "cocktail chic." Does anyone have any idea what that means? Amy thinks for her that is a short, sexy dress and she was able to find one at She's So Fine. I went next door to Schweon's. They weren't sure what to do for me. They were thinking a normal suit with a really funky shirt, tie and pocket square. I want a cool new suit, mine are so conservative.

Amy's cousins drove in from Atlanta last night. They came over in the afternoon to hang out!

Adam and Brianna couldn't wait to see "baby Aden."

Just give him some puffs.

Brianna, who is 3 1/2, wanted to feed Aden.

Aden likes to look at the kids.

Brianna did a great job!

Adam challenged Melissa to a little Guitar Hero. They both did great. I have to get Amy to play.

Adam was very helpful with Aden.

He's got mommy's cheeks.

We ended up having Amy's whole family over for dinner. It actually is better for us to have people over so Aden can go to sleep when he is ready. I lost count but we must have had about 20 people. Even Justin came with some of his Penn State biking team. We ordered in from Aldos. (we ate at Aldo's last night with my family, it's close and it's good). Edmund and Elaine are a cute couple. I wish we could see them more.

The kids really love Mark. Everyone had a fun time. It was all the same people we are having for dinner on Thursday for Passover except me family. I was about to invite them over and have Adam do the Four Questions so we could skip Thursday!
