Two Roller Coasters in One Day!

Last Disney post!  The final morning, this is how Aden woke up!  He said Mickey was the bad guy, that's we he's at the other end of the bed.
Aden is lucky his friends gave him a sliver of the bed!
Our view from the room.  Felt like we were in Hawaii!  It was a bit overcast but still very warm.  We packed and checked out.  Southwest took our bags from the room and took them right to the airport.  That was awesome.  We didn't have to worry about them till we got home.
Never did get a chance to try the pool.
Ariel was ready to go!
Pretty lobby.
Back to the Magic Kingdom.  We were flying out that night and wanted to stay close.
It was crowded again.
Aden was excited for the Buzz Lightyear ride.
It was hard to get a picture.  Ariel got 100 points!
Uh oh, Evil Emperor Zurg has my kids!
Born and raised in Philly and have never heard of this awful sounding concoction!
This time Aden was not scared of the Haunted Mansion.  I did have to cover Ariel's eyes a few times though.
We had a very nice lunch at the Liberty Tavern.  I ate this whole crazy dessert myself!  No one wanted a bite, not even the kids!
We walked out of lunch and it was pouring!  Luckily it only lasted a few minutes.

It's letting up so let's go to our next ride!
Aden was so excited that Splash Mountain was closed for renovations.  He hated it last time!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.  It's a fairly decent roller coaster that Aden wanted to try.
All during the ride he kept saying "this is the greatest ever, I don't want it to end!"
Ariel and grandmom went on Aladdin's Magic Carpet ride while they waited for us.
We found more crazy sweets.  We bought a couple of Minnie apples to bring home.

The splash zone wasn't on.  Maybe because of the rain?
One more quick coaster ride.  Goofy's Barnstormer Roller Coaster.
The Magic Bands ended up working really well.

Another fun ride!

I know someone who stayed in Cinderella's castle!
This is the new area.
Ariel's castle!
Yes, Aden made me buy him the hat.  I'm the only one that's worn it.
It was time to finally leave.
Bye Disney.
One last Mickey bar.
We took a boat back to the Polynesian.  Aden was sad.
It was a nice way to travel.
Their own little beach.
We skipped the bus.  Too annoying.  We took a car to the airport.  Turns out it was our turn to be those people.  Ariel, for some unknown reason, screamed the entire flight home.  There was nothing we could do.  Thankfully, it's only a two hour flight.  So remember how I told you how great it was that Southwest took our bags from the hotel room?  Well something went wrong and we only got 3 of 5 bags.  The others came the next day.  What a crazy week that was!
