Monday was 96 degrees so we headed over to my parent's friend's pool in Richboro. Aden hadn't napped all day and was hungry so he was kind of mellow. Just floated around.
Grandpa says that Aden has to be swimming by next Summer!
Just hangin' out. Pretty soon after this picture was taken, he fell forward and his face went under the water. I was right there and got him out immediately and he was cool, did not cry.
There were three little dogs there. They loved Aden and he loved them.
Getting a call from his homeys.
We then went to Amy's parent's house for dinner. Aunt Melissa was excited to see Aden.
Oh no! The camera case is coming to get you!
Amy has been practicing "touchdown" with Aden. He is all ready for the Eagles!
Yay! Could I be any more a mess?
At least he enjoys eating.
Aden is lucky. He got to see both grandpas!
Now this is an interesting story. I always liked root beer and I found this the other day. Root tea was an alcoholic drink made by the Indians and taught to the settlers. In the late 1800's, a Philadelphia pharmacist took out the alcohol so that Pennsylvania coal miners could drink it on the job. He ironically called it root beer, which became a big hit and people soon forgot about root tea. There is now a company trying to bring back root tea and they call it Root.
You can kind of make out the ingredients here. It's birch root, all spice, anise, cardamom, lemon, clove orange and sugar. All natural and it actually smells and tastes like root beer, albeit 80 proof root beer! Tonight I am going to make some root beer floats and spike it with Root!
