Walkin' On The Beach

Today is supposed to be the hottest day of the Summer so far. It only took until the middle of August! Friday after work, we headed to the Shore. We stopped at Tiifany's Diner on the Boulevard for dinner. It had been a long time since either of us had been there. Average age 85.

Grilled cheese anyone?

Diner's are great. They don't seem to mind the mess.

We got down pretty late and put Aden to sleep. Dave and Danielle came around 10 and we stayed up till 12 talking.

Saturday morning, Aden got to open his presents. He loves his new books.

As usual, the wrapping was more fun than the gifts.

After breakfast from Juniors, we all headed to the beach.

There was a synagogue having services on our beach!

We had lunch from Mario and Luigi's again and chilled out. It was nice to just sit and talk. Aden had a great time playing.

We did go for a long walk through Longport. Aden fell asleep in the stroller.

Some nice houses.

We ran into Adam and Ellen. Adam helped Aden walk on the beach.

Not that we are encouraging it. Next Summer is going to be tough with him running around.

He stood on his own a little.

That's my boy!

Soon, I will really take him in the ocean, not just at the edge. Maybe in Florida in two weeks.
