Ariel and Sammy Close Out the Season

Day 2 of school was a success!  Again, more on that later.  The next post will have all the school pictures for the week.

Back to Sunday.  Ali, Todd and Sammy drove down to hang with us.  It was rainy at home but turned out to be a nice beach day. 

 We were so happy they came.  

 The kids had a blast in the sand.

 What a life.  A little playing in the sand and ocean, then having food delivered right to us.

 We took a walk up to Lucy the Elephant to get water ice.  Ariel took a short nap.

 So sad.  It was time to go.  The last beach day of 2013.  We are already looking forward to May!

 We walked over to Maynards for dinner.  Aden got a fun ride.

 Some much deserved wine.

 Awww.  Sammy likes Aden.

I ended up skipping dinner and taking Aden to Ocean City.  He really wanted to play mini golf.

 First a quick stop at Manco & Manco's.

 This was a fun course.  Jason and Carter played it a few nights before.  Jason warned me it was a little long so we skipped a few holes.

 All the parents around us asked their kids if they knew who these guys were!

 Hard to believe but this was the first time I had Johnson's popcorn all season!  I had to bring a bucket home.  Yummy.  Hot and gooey.

Monday morning was blah so we decided to just clean up and leave.  But first we headed to my parent's for lunch.

Bye pool!  We had a great month with you.  Looking forward to a full season next year!

We had some yummy barbecue.  Ariel really dug into those ribs.

I wasn't sure I could do it, but it all fit!
