The kids both had a great first day of school! We were not worried about Aden but we had no idea how Ariel would handle it. She had no context for school. We have never left her with strangers in a strange place for eight hours before. She loved it! I have some great pics to share later.
Back to Saturday. It was crazy windy on the beach so we decided to head to the pool.
So sad this is over till May. We had a lot of good times these last few weeks.
It's a perfect pool for the kids. Shallow and that slide gets a lot of use.
Ariel is getting good at basketball.
It was great to spend time with Jason and his family. It had been way too long.
Aden still loves his guns.
Hey Jake.
Carter made four of these shot in a row!
We went to Barrels for dinner. The two little girls couldn't sit still so it was not an easy night. Carter made rainbow loom bracelets for Aden and Ariel. They are still wearing them.
What night is complete without Dairy Bar.
Sunday morning, Jason and family came back so the kids could swim. Jason and I walked over to hot bagels to get breakfast for everyone.
Bathing beauty.
That bagel is as big as her!
They left by noon to head back to New York just as our friends Ali and Todd arrived...
