Over the Dunes

It's Monday night and I have a new car!  It looks and drives just like the old car and it's nice to have it back!  Today was nuts.  The older kids had camp.  Amy took the twins to gym class then to swim at the NAC.  After camp Ariel had 2 dance classes and Aden had his first basketball league game.  He's never played organized basketball before.  The other kids were good and intense.  There was a huge playground near the basketball courts that kept the boys busy.  This is going to be one busy summer.  Back to last Sunday.

It was Father's Day!

We had a brunch at our house.
Then Jeff took Ariel out on the waverunner.

 They went fast!
She had the best time!
She can't wait to go again.
Then it was beach time.  It was our first time this season with all six of us.  We loaded up the cart and the stroller and headed out.
Up and over the new dunes.
 The beach got wider!
The twins were not so sure about the beach.  Eli immediately wanted to go to the potty.  We just ignored him.
Aden contemplated the ocean but stayed out.
The boys stayed close and didn't wander.

 Most of the gang.
 It was a beautiful day.
 My dad kept Aden busy.
A rare moment they weren't fighting!
What do you think got Eli out from under the umbrella?
 Ice cream man!

 Oh, that's it.  Yes.

This seams like a lit but I think we lasted less than an hour.
We dragged all the stuff back and went to the pool.

 Our princess.
 Ariel grabbed the camera.
We stayed over Sunday night!
