Back In Time

I made dinner for Amy and Mel last night. Used panko to coat the schnitzel. Came out really well. So much for the clean kitchen. Since I didn't take any pictures, I thought it might be nice to revisit the past. Here are the first three pictures I took with Amy and Mel, it was the night I met Mel, just about 3 years ago. We were at the Black Bull for drinks, Mel was in from Penn State. Hard to believe I only know Amy 3 years!
