No time to update today, running around.  Went to the dentist and got a retainer with an extra piece to stop me from clenching my teeth.  I feel like I'm 14 again wearing this thing.  We will see how it goes.  I am running out to Fairmount Park to play softball on the City's team in a few minutes.  I will put up some funny pics of what Melissa did later.
