Park Your Broom!

It's Sunday night.  Three of us are watching American Idol.  All the sudden Aden wants to try playing the guitar again.  Everyone trying out is playing guitar.  I think I know enough to get him started before we consider lessons again.  It was a pretty quiet weekend after last weekend which was also quiet.  It's getting warmer finally and the snow is disappearing.  Today was the start of daylight saving time.  It's really hard to lose that hour on a Sunday morning, especially when it's dark and rainy.  So let's look at sunny Florida.

I had friends that were in Clearwater for Phillies Spring training.  They ran into Bryce Harper!  They said he was cool.
Last Saturday, Aden had his final regular season basketball game.  For the second week in a row, he played the team of his buddies.  The week before, Aden's team won big.
 This game was closer.
 Aden defending his buddy Jason.

Melanie and I in the cheering section.
Two grandpops and a grandmom came to watch.  Aden's team just barely lost but they made the playoffs.
Back to the house Ali was still over.
Her kids wanted to stay and play.

Sammy is a natural at handling the guitar.
I saw this online and thought it was funny.  Aden, who is all about Harry Potter, had no idea why it was funny.
Then we went to Learning Express for a Dr. Suess activity.
 Melissa helped Eva with hers.
They came out sute!  The Lorax!
That night, Lori and Bill and the kids came over.
 The kids were wild.

Ariel went home with Ashley and slept over.  Brandon stayed at our house.  Aden's Southampton Summer Day Camp yearbook for last summer was dropped that day.  Aden had fun leafing through it.
