Amy's bacherlotte party is tomorrow! Jason is going to take me out to dinner to keep me busy.

Dancing with the Stars

We did it! Almost got into a fight again but we made it on time and got a parking spot. Society Hill Dance Studio was amazing. It was a string of buildings in Headhouse Square. There were people dancing all around us as we walked in. Everyone was so good. Barbara took us to a private room and sked us wha tour song was. Good question. We had no idea. Actually, we had some idea. I made a mix on my iPod of about 5 songs we really like. She listened to them and made up dances on the spot. She was great. She helped us choose the right song and the right dance style that we can pull off in 4 weeks. It's going to be a surprise. We pre-paid for 5 lessons. Hope that's enough!

New York!

Didn't quite make it to dance class on Thursday. We will try again this week.

I drove Melissa and Rachel to New York. I went to Howard's house. Beautiful day so we walked around Hoboken. We then met his friends at the Aqua Grill in SOHO for drinks. They were giving me plenty of marriage advice. Howard and I then ate a great dinner at Blue Ribbon then met Melissa and her friends at Link Bar in Union Square for Cara's Birthday party celebration. The girls were glad to see me. I will post pics soon. We all had a great time.

Tasting

It was fun. I did my homework and picked appetizers. Everyone else did it there. It was Amy and I. My parents, Amy's parents and Melissa. While we were talking they served appetizers, asian beef, spinach pies, potato knishes, then three different types of salads, then steak with different vegetables, then three types of fish. Finally several desserts. It's going to be great! Come hungry!

Talked to the caterer today. Tomorrow is the tasting! Amy has been looking forward to it since last Summer. We need to pick out 10 hot and 5 cold appetizers. It will be hard for us all to agree. As long as dad gets his hot dogs...

Got a head start on thank you notes! First dance lesson is Thursday! They said we will need 20! They have to be kidding.

Inter-Island flights

Finally booked the flights from Kauai to Kona and from Hilo to Maui. Also updated the rental cars, all convertibles!
