PPPD

Last Monday, I took an early train into Philly.  My ENT sent me to take a balance test.  I have been getting motion sickness a lot.  I even felt sick on the train ride.
New building at Jefferson Hospital.  It was modern and amazing.
Nice view from the waiting room.

The two hour test was awful.  The girl was nice but she tortured me.  Swung the chair back and forth while I looked at a spot.  Blew air into my ears until the room started spinning.  She tried to distract me the whole time and did a pretty good job.
They didn't find anything wrong with my ears. So they said I had PPPD Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness, which means nothing.  It's a catch all when they don't know what's wrong.
I got sick on the train ride back.  Melissa and Honey came over.  We went for a walk.

We had to wait till the dear left or Honey would have tried to chase them.

Amy, Melissa and I played mah jong.

Some cute camp pics.

Bella with Ariel and Cece.

Searching for Gold

Last Sunday, was a nice day so we headed to the beach.
It was pretty busy.
No Steven to play with.
It's shocking how expensive ice cream is now.  Some bars are $8!
It was a quiet day.  The ocean was too cold.  We just sat around.
Grandpop joined us.
Eli tried to make us rich,
He found a boat!
Over to my dad's.

We watched the first half of the World Cup final game at the Meadowlands.
Then we went to Dooney's Pub to to watch the second half and have dinner.  We saw Spain beat Argentina.
While we drove home, we got some camp pics.  Looks like they were playing hockey.

Power Washing

Last Saturday, I got up early and started power washing my house.  It needed to be done but the lowest quote we got was $800 so I figured I would do it myself.  Amy's dad let me borrow his washer.  I worked at it for a while.
Amy's dad came by and took over!
We had a fan club watching us.

Melissa took Ariel's bike for a ride.
Mark then took over.  The house looked good at the end and we saved $800!
Amy found a bernadoodle.
We took the twins to look for new bikes.
There wasn't much for their size.

We went to a new Mexican place next door.  The food was great and Noah loved their giant soccer ball.
There was a fish store nearby.  We checked out the fish.

Nemo and Dori!
Melissa, Abby Amy's mom and Julia came to play mah jong.
I took the twins to my dad's.
We swam.

Bocca for dinner.  That was some crazy pizza.
Thunderstorm!

I met Dave and Julia at Maynards with a bunch of 19 year olds with fake ids!
We had fun hanging out till late.
