Last Sunday, I got up early to play my second round of golf. 7:30 tee time at Hamilton Trials golf club. I met my neighbor Steve and his cousins Anthony and Vic. Let's go! I was a bit nervous.
I was horrible! I think I was overthinking it. I had my teacher Matt's voice in my head. I hit an occaisonal good shot but had many lost balls. Where do they dissappear to? Maybe this chipmunk took them.
I looked the part at least.
So after 9, they told us we were going too slow and could not continue. My friends went nuts and screamed at them. They play here all the time and felt disrespected. I was just hoping it wasn't my fault. I was taking a lot of shots. Eventually, they refunded us and let us play through.
It's hard to get action shots.
I ran out of my own balls and used balls I found along the way. I think this was my best drive. Over 200 yards right down the middle. It took like 5 hours to finish the 18 and drive back and forth. I was exhausted.
No time for rest when you have a family. We headed to the beach.
It was cloudy but warm.
The boys went to work starting on their fortune. Sadly, they didn't find much.
Melissa's friends came to say hi.
Dave and Julia sat with us.
The boys did well playing and keeping busy.
Then the pool.
Some shots from camp.
Family day. Ariel with Eva and Gwen and Cece with her sister.
