My Drinking Team Has a Trivia Problem

Last Friday was Honey's 4th birthday!!!

Gym after work.  

Then I had to run up to Princeton to pick something up so I stopped at a famous bakery I had been wanting to try.  

Eva and Gwen came over so we could could go out with Melissa and Mark.  They were excited to see the claw machine.  

We had our annual elementary school trivia night.  Last year, we tied for first then lost in the bonus round.  We had some new faces this year.  

There were about 100 people there.  Nice turnout.  The questions were much more doable this time.  We were in 2nd or 3rd most of the night.

Quidditch With Cards

It's a stormy Wednesday night.  There are even rumbles of thunder.  

Last Wednesday, Ariel had team practice.

It's nice they are getting closer.  

Last Thursday, we were back at cheer for Ariel's private lesson.

The Claw Machine

It's a rainy Tuesday night but it's like crazy warm.  I think it's supposed to be in the 60's tomorrow.  So much for Winter.

Last Monday, we had a crazy delivery from my parents.  

They left it in the garage.  How were we going to get it in the basement?  

It's a claw machine!  Eli wanted one so he could practice at home to win more at arcades!  This kid is nuts.  

Heather came with more presents for the boys.

My awesome neighbors came over and helped me get this in the basement.  It's a real claw machine meant for an arcade.  It was already full of stuffed animals to win!

Eli figured it out right away.  

Eli is obsessed.  

Amy tried it out.  

They still like making these marble tracks.  

Last Tuesday, we got the Gifted News.  

That night, Victoria came to see the claw machine.  

We have a light show to go along with the claw machine.  

Eli filled it even more with his own animals.  

They were at this all night!

 

Galentines

It's Monday night.  I just played my best tennis in ages! I was so tired too.

Last Sunday we helped Ariel decorate the basement for her Galentines party.  

We blew up a lot of balloons.  

I didn't get any good pictures but about 11 girls came over.  They ate, watched movies, then did some cheer!

Noah did some cooking for us.  

The twins stayed away from the Galentines party.  

Noah helped work out Amy's knots!

I made chicken parm for dinner.  It was a hit with the older kids.  That's almost a smile for Aden!

Ariel started practicing her prayers for her Bat Mitzvah.  She started off by wrongly doing the Passover prayers.  She gave us a good laugh.
