Baking Like Crazy

It's Sunday night.  We have reached Bar Mitzvah week.  Eek!  I have too much to do to comment any further until it's over!

Last Saturday morning, we took all three boys for haircuts.

When we got back, Aden and I made some sample brownies.  More on that later.

 The twins got creative.
Soccer time!
They sat for a while.
Then they got in the game.

It was fairly successful.
I then had to pick Ariel up from a birthday party to take her to cheer.
Go girls!
So cute!
Up in the air where she belongs!

Good game boys.
It's that time of the year again.   Mums!
We had so many trips home with both cars full!

It was a quiet night.  Once the boys were asleep, it got busy.
We baked all night!
For his bar mitzvah, Aden decided to do a bake sale to raise money for gluten free food pantry.
Ariel and Lanie helped too.  We made brownies and cookies.
Good job girls!
While we baked, we watched the Penn State beat Auburn.  It was the first white out of the season.

Back to Flag

It's a rainy Thursday night.  The house is quiet.  We still have to straighten up for the cleaning lady.  Here's a quick post for Friday.

Last Friday night, Amy took the twins to a Halloween store.  Eli is so excited about Halloween.  He wanted all the decorations.  He especially wanted this chain saw!
I took Aden to flag football practice.  I forgot to sign him up for the Yardley league he usually does in the Fall.  Luckily, the Penn Athletic League in Doylestown, where he played a few years ago, still had openings.

The coach was serious.  You can tell he loves football.
We got back the twins were playing on their Chromebooks.  They really like them.

Ariel had a cheer practice.

She went to her friend Peyton's to sleep over.  Have a great weekend!

Yom Kippur

It's Wednesday night.  Ariel's cheer is getting intense.  Their one competition is Saturday so it's crunch time.  Last Thursday was a busy day.  The kids were off from school for Yom Kippur.  I fasted all day.  I felt ok but I was a little weak and slow.

Dani came over for cheer.
Ariel is still working on her confidence.  She has the skills.

We need to strengthen her up.

Eli's turn to fly.

There's Eva!
I went a got a haircut.  I took Eli.  He was bad.  He grabbed all their candy and took it outside.  Penny had to go get it back.
We kept the kids busy all day.
A hose can keep Eli busy for hours.

Aden wanted banana muffins so I helped him make them.
That's the life.
That night we went to Amy's parent's house so I could break the fast!
It was a nice night to sit outside.
Even baby Quinn came.
Notice how there is no sign of Eli.  Too many dogs.
So cute!
Best cousins.
I tried not to eat too much but it was hard.
Almost crawling!
It was a great night!
