Trunk or Treat

Last Friday, Phil Lesh from the Grateful Dead died.  That made me sad.  

The Empire State Building was in tie dye colors!

At 5:00, I headed over to the school to set up my trunk for trunk or treat.  

I had a table of fun stuff in front of a blow up scary house that lead to the back of my car where the candy was.  

I was busy with customers all night.  I even scared a few little ones with the jumping spider.  

Some of the little kids would peak in then run away.  

Aden came to get some food.  

There's Noah.  

There is Harry Potter and Hermione.  

Eli in the middle with some buddies.  

The same kids kept coming back.  They said mine was their favorite.  

There's me!  In Grateful Dead clothes.  

It was a fun night.  I went through 9 giant bags of candy!

We got home and Ariel had 5 friends sleeping over and Aden had 6 friends over to hang!  It was chaos!  The older kids were in the basement so the tweens did cheers in the family room.  

It was not easy to get the twins to bed with all the noise.

What the Cowboys?

Last Wednesday, I had a colonoscopy.  It was not bad at all.  I was good and told I could wait another ten years.  

I didn't eat the day before so Amy and I got a great brunch.  

It was a quiet night.  

So they put this portal in Philadelphia where you can see a live view of Poland and they can see us.  

Of course someone had to write Dallas Sucks.  

Someone in Poland made a sign that said F*ck the Cowboys!  They must be really smart over there!

Last Thursday, I had Dave's Hot Chicken for lunch.  Yum.  

Ariel was carrying a twin.  

Her pants are a tad too big.  

We made a 3d print of the 3d printer!  Very meta.  

It was a clear night so I took out the telescope and saw the Andromeda Galaxy.  

 

Halloween Decorations

Last Monday, I printed a Lamborghini.  

Ariel saw Steve that night.  She wanted to work with him before tryouts.  

There's little Stevie.

Ok, tuck time.  

Then she worked on punch fronts.  

The little guys were outside when we got back.  

Still working away on his haunted house.  

Tennis that night.  Poor Aden has a bad blister on his hand.  

Last Tuesday, we worked on outside decorations.  

It was really warm!
