The Olympics

Last Friday, my buddies sent this around.  These are the same friends that I recently started having monthly dinners with.  We haven't changed at all since the 90's!

That night was the opening ceremonies to the winter olympics in Milan, Italy.  For some reason Snoop Dogg was there.   

It was bizarre like they all are.  

This was cool with the spilling paint.  

Go Israel!  We've been watching the olympics this week.  It's fun!  Have a great weekend!

 

Blue Squares

Last Wednesday, we saw a memory of Aden in Israel on Facebook.  He looks so young!

Ariel and I went food shopping.  

Last Thursday, I drove her to school and we were looking at the snow wondering if it was ever going to go away.  

That night, Ariel had her second school ski trip.  She Facetimed us from the lift.  

She had a great time and even tried some blue squares.  It's her third time skiing and she's gone from bunny slopes to green circles to blue squares!  We watched her location.  

She came back and told us about her adventures.  

 

Fionna's Puppy

Last Monday, I looked all around my car.  Several trim pieces are damaged.  

 I looked on Tesla's website.  I can order new trim pieces very inexpensively.  Most are under $100.  Once it warms up a little, I'm going to try and replace them all by myself!  I've been trying more things lately.  

Piano.  

The moon looked pretty that night.  

Last Tuesday, I took Ariel to Fionna's house to meet the new puppy.  

This is a week later and they still don't have a name.  

He's very cute though.  

Yes, Ariel begs every day for a puppy.  

Now Fionna has two.  

Marley is not sure how she feels about the puppy.  

 

Grandparents

Warning you now I took very few pics last week.  Last Sunday, I actually went to the gym and took a class at 9:30 rather than sleeping in.  I was proud of myself even though I was sore the rest of the day.  

It was a lazy day.  

Ariel was so bored she bedazzled.  

Our remote will never be the same.

The grandparents came over for dinner.  

We got ribs from the Churchville Inn.

The boys were their silly selves.  

It's always nice when we get to hang together.  

 

Jamming with Jordan

It's Sunday night and we are watching Seattle beat New England in the Super Bowl.  Last Saturday, it was cold when we woke up!

Noah had soccer.

We came back and the kids practiced their instruments.  

Ariel worked on her Legos.  

We went to see Gwen play basketball.  

Go Gwen!

Mark coached her team.  

Noah took a shot.  

Eli made a bunch of Stranger Things pillows.  

That night we went with Ali and Todd to Blue Point Grill.  

Then we went to the Green Parrot to meet Natalie and Jason to see Jordan play guitar.  

He was great as usual.

We were there pretty late.  

We weren't the old ones freezing!

 

Frozen Margate

Last Thursday, I woke up in a very cold Atlantic City.  

I checked out and saw a robot cleaning the floors on the way out.  

I drove to Margate and had breakfast at Gilchrist.  

 Then I walked over to the beach to check it out.  

It was pretty but frozen.

Then I went to the house.  The city did not do a great job plowing.  Only a single lane down the roads.  I had to park ni the middle of the street.  I slipped and slided on the ice.  

Don't usually see this place like this.  

Lots of snow out back.  I picked up Hot Bagels then headed home.  

Later that night, Ariel went on her first school ski trip.  This was the only pic we got.  

We tracked her on the slopes.  She did well and had a really good time.  

I picked her up at 10:30.  It was chaos.  There were like 300 kids on the trip so so many cars.  

Last Friday was crazy cold.  

Demy had some yogurt for breakfast.  

Ariel didn't go to school.  She didn't feel well.  Sore from skiing and other stuff.  She was well enough to bedazzle things.  

Cece came over later.
