Dry Aged Steak

Thursday night, Aden enjoyed his nightly bath.

We just installed the hose. Aden really didn't like it at first but now doesn't seem to mind. It's easier than using a tupperware bucket.

It was time for a guy's night out. I drove into town with Jaime and Adam and met Mark and Andy at Barclay Prime. Adam knows how to chill.

We had a great time rehashing all the old stories, and we have stories. I think we need to start writing them down.

The food was amazing too.

You get your choice of knife. The waiter tells you the characteristics of each one.

We got dry aged porterhouse, ribeye and filet, along with tator tots, potato nachos, corn and mushrooms. It was all amazing. We need to do this more often.
