Mazel Tov Ariel!

Sorry for the late post.  This is from last Friday for Black Friday.  We woke up to some festive signs on the lawn.  Mazel Tov Ariel!
Amy bought some petit fours for tonight's service so we had to sample them of course.
Ariel approved.
Ariel's camp bunkmates from LA came in for the bat mitzvah!  They came over with Harper to surprise her.  It's a small world.  They are friends with my cousins that live in LA.
We got to hang out and make connections.
Then we headed to Shir Ami for Ariel's Friday night Shabbat service, which also by chance was the Rock Shabbat.  Once a year, they have a rock band playing the prayers as rock songs.
It was a huge turnout.  Over 200 people.
We went up to do a few prayers.

Then the band started.
Aden and Ariel cuddling.
There were mixed reviews on the band, but I loved them.  They played 2 Grateful Dead songs!  One that I even could have joined them in on.
We did the ending prayer.
Then we headed into the room for sweets including the petit fours.

Our alcohol ready to go.
The room was obviously draped for our party.
What a difference it made!
The chairs ready to go!  Have a great weekend!
