Parent's Weekend

Sorry.  This was last Friday's post that I forgot to post! Last Friday, I got up early and sat on the balcony.  

Lot's of Miami families at the hotel.  

We went over to the school.

We signed in then checked out the vendors.  

Cool dad and son.  

We did a little shopping.  

These are cool throwback jerseys from the 2001 championship.  

We wandered around.  It was super hot out.  

The library had very nice air conditioning.

We then went to lunch.  

We had yummy bbq.  

We got some sweets.  

It was a cute area to walk around.

We dropped Aden back at school and went back to the hotel to rest.  I love the trees everywhere.  

The pool was nice.  

Back to get Aden we saw a bunch of Waymos.  Driverless taxis.  

We went to Coconut Grove.  Ariel's store.  

We had a fancy dinner.  

The place was so pretty.  

The food was good.  

Aden will try anything.

There was lots of activity around there.  

Meanwhile, at home, Ariel cheered at the homecoming game.  

Lots of people sent pictures.  

She got to fly!

On to Miami

Last Tuesday, I woke up from a really bad night of sleep. 57 might be a record low sleep score for me.  

Me at work.

We had 2 different companies come to give us quotes on replacing the roof.  It's time.  

Dinner.

Last Wednesday, I went to the gym.

Eli put together his new friend.  

He loves this.  

Pickup from cheer.  There was a little crash between Issy and Fionna.  They both got hurt.  

It was such a special day.  Cousin Justin came back from 10 months in the middle east!

Last Thursday was one of those crazy travel days.  We dodged the deers on the way to school.  

Hello.

Amy, my dad and I flew to Miami!  It was a quick 2 hour flight.  

Nice rental!

Pretty hotel room.  

We went to see Aden.  We grabbed a bite then took him food shopping.  

Back to the dorms.

We went up to see the room.  

Such a pretty campus.
