Looking for Fireworks

It's late Sunday night and the neighbors are having a very loud party that we were not invited to.  Speaking of parties, let's go back to last Sunday night.  Amy's cousin's had their annual 4th of July party in Ventnor.
It was a big crowd.
Aden ate a hot dog for maybe the third time in his life!  He's starting to expand his menu a bit.
Lots of kids to play.
Hey Brianna!  So glad we got to spend time with you!
Judy, Marc, Sandy and everyone else really went out of their way to make us welcome and well fed, even taking care of all of our crazy dietary needs.
We discovered that Eli likes corn.

Monday morning, the 4th of July.
We went to Arlene's on Asbury in Ocean City for breakfast.
Noah got into the butter.

The plan had been to walk around the Ocean City boardwalk but suddenly no one was up for it.
We instead drove to the Ventnor playground, thinking we might walk on the boardwalk around there.
It was super hot and humid.  There were storms on the way.

 The boys practiced their walking.

 Noah walks like a zombie.

Jason and Rachel met us with their family.  Baby Eden is getting so big and cute!  We got some great smiles from her!
 Aden and Ezra played.
As did Eva, Ariel and Zoe.
 We had a fun time.

The boys were discussing chess.  Kind of crazy.

 Alright, time to head out.
We only stayed a short while.  The fireworks were postponed because of the rain.
 One last lollipop.
We got home but had a hard time finding a place to get food.  Everything was closed!
