Cupcake Wars

It's Wednesday night.  The fasting wasn't too bad today.  We all got up early and went to 8:30 services.  The kids had a hard time sitting still.  The rest of the day was spent cleaning the house and setting up for dinner.  That's hard to do when you are hungry!  Dinner turned out great.  Everyone seemed happy.  Let's get back to Woodloch.  Last Monday, we woke to a cold rain.
I guess the next time we will try and get in the lake.
 Cookie Monster at breakfast.

Then we went to cupcake wars.
It was in the theater and was packed.  The theme was a food we like to eat.
We decided to make a slice of pizza.
 Everyone helped.
Melissa and I took the lead.
I think it came out pretty well.
That was till I saw the competition.  Some of them were amazing!

This was the winner.  All made from cupcakes and icing!

 Pool time.

Then it was nap time for the twins.
Some golf for the older kids.
Jake the Pirate was at dinner.
 Eli talked to everyone!
 Hey Gwen!
We had some time before the next activity so we headed for the indoor play area.

It was football and horse racing time.
They played Monday Night Football on the tv.  In front of that, they had a bunch of horses set up.  We actually bet money on the horses.  A guy would role dice and move the horses.  It got exciting!  People were screaming for their horses.  I didn't win any money.
