Last Monday, we woke up at Disney's Key West Resort. We actually got to look around. The place was huge!
We had our bags packed for the cruise and kept stuff we needed separately so it wasn't too bad moving form place to place. We met everyone at the lobby and had breakfast.
Eli explored a little.
The we loaded on the buses for the hour long trip to Port Canaveral.
We were concerned because of all the tropical weather all around. There was a hurricane close by.
It took a little while to get on the boat.
There she is! The Disney Wish!
The lobby was beautiful!
Decorated for Halloween.
We went to find lunch.
They were showing Disney movies on the big screen by the pool.
The buffet was really good.
Such pretty decorations. The boat is about 2 years old.
Off in the distance, we could see NASA!
After lunch, we headed to the pool deck.
They had a fun water slide.
Here's another slide.
We got into our rooms around 2.
Then we went to check out the kid's club.
There were a bunch of differently themed rooms with activities for the kids. Star Wars was cool.
Passed through Frozen hallways.
Back on the deck for the send off party.
And we are off. Passing right by NASA!
Ariel found Ariel! The boat was so pretty.
Here we go! Leaving Florida.
Eli got busy decorating our door. He was jealous of the people that put up lights.
Dinner was in the Marvel Restaurant.
Ant Man was on the screen chatting with us.
We shrunk the ship by accident!
There is Spiderman!
The food was excellent.
Fun dinner but what's next?
Kid's club! You enter through a slide!
Noah, Eli and Gwen stayed at Kid's Club for a while. We went back to the room to see it had been transformed.
Bunk beds!
We couldn't decide if this was a dinosaur, a swan or an elephant.
We got the kids back and went to the show in the lobby.
Then to the theater for a Disney variety show.
That was fun!
It was a long but great day.
We had 3 rooms in a row. They opened up the balconies so the kids could run back and forth.
We noticed Ariel was sleeping under Ariel!
