Father Son Night

It's Thursday night already.  How did that happen?  It's also crazy cold.  There are supposed to be wind chills in the 20's in the morning!

Last Saturday night, which happened to be my birthday, Aden and I went to the Trenton Thunder baseball game with his school.  It was father son night.  A nice way to spend a birthday.  It was a beautiful warm night.
Wrestling with his buddies.

Lined up for a special treat.
The dads.  The stadium is right on the Delaware River.
Where are we going dad?
Onto the field!
We got about 15 minutes to run around the field and throw some balls around.

There are Mike and Mike.
That was fun!
While we were there, Amy was at her parents and sent this.  Sweet!
Time to find our seats.  The Thunder are the AA team for the New York Yankees.
The place is small so no bad seats.
Aden and his buddies ate their way through the night.

This is the ball dog!  He ran onto the field to collect the bats.  It was really funny.
Aden was goofy.
We only made it through half the game.  We had been away from home too long.  Had to get home to Amy, Ariel and the babies!
Sunday night we all went to Grandma's Grotto to celebrate mine and Bev's birthdays.

The kids helped us blow out the candles.

Good night everyone and have a great weekend!
