Super Bowl LII The Game

Let's get on with the game!  We could have walked to the stadium, if we were penguins, so Uber over the Mississippi River it was.
There were barricades around the stadium.  There were four giant tents set up with security in front of the barricades.  The Uber couldn't get that close so we had to walk a bit.  My skin felt like it was burning!  At least it was sunny.
Such a cool stadium.  It's supposed to remind us of a Viking ship.
There were some cool things outside to do but we didn't spend much time out there.

 My boy was excited!
Finally inside.  This is the Viking horn they blow when the visiting team has a third down.  It's loud!
Our first view of the stadium.  It is beautiful.
There is dad all the way at the top!
 Our view was great.

 We went exploring.
 The control room.
The view from the other end.
 Looking outside.
 Amazing building.
So crowded!  We fought our way back to our seats and pretty much stayed there the whole game.
 The Eagles are coming out!

I would say is was about 75% Eagles fans and they were loud!
Booing Tom Brady coming out!  Does he ever smile?
Pink did a great job with the National Anthem.
 Coin toss.  Patriots won.
Let's play!  The people around us were jumping around and screaming the whole night.  They decided Aden was a good luck charm and kept high fiving him.
 We scored!

Fly Eagles Fly! (the Patriots apparently do not have a song)

Justin Timberlake halftime show.

Prince tribute.

The second half was as exciting as the first but way more tense.
Aden couldn't take it towards the end.
 We won!

We were delirious with excitement for the first Eagles Super Bowl win ever but we also hadn't slept for a whole day.
These will always be special memories for my dad, Aden and I.
We watched the ceremony.
Jeff Laurie with the Lombardi trophy.
We then had a 5 block walk back to the bus.  It was by far the coldest walk I have ever taken.  Look how red Aden is!  We couldn't even wear our hats or gloves because they were covered with beer!
We got back to the airport around midnight local time, 1:00 Philly time.  I thought the plane would be crazy but everyone passed out.  There was free wifi so I watched the local news footage of all the craziness around Philadelphia.  I was wondering if we would have a city to return to!  We got back to Philly around 3:30 and we were in our house after 4.  A full 24 hours of pure joy!
