Angry was 8

It's Wednesday night.  Today was Yom Kippur.  Last night we went to services but we didn't make it to them today.  We spent the whole day cleaning the house and getting ready to have 31 people over for dinner.  Although we did watch services on Amy's phone.  Dinner went well and we are almost cleaned up.  Once the kids are asleep, we will be crashing ourselves!

Last Tuesday, the first Raising Canes chicken in the area opened up.  We got it for work.  It's been crazy crowded since it opened.  The only have chicken fingers, fries, cole slaw and Texas toast.  That's the whole menu.  I liked it.  Some guys thought Chick Fil A was better.

Now that's a tall tower.
That afternoon, I took the twins to the Kid's Castle in Doylestown.  They had been asking to go for while.
Such a cool place.

Although they didn't last too long.
I met up with Amy and Ariel who somehow also picked up Harper.
Starbucks and slime.  That's all a 10 year old girl needs.

Ariel had cheer on the tennis courts that night.
Last Wednesday, Hurricane Ian hit West Central Florida as a Cat 4 hurricane.
Wow!
It was truly devastating.  Not much more I can say.
That afternoon, Noah got upset when we told him he couldn't go on his iPad after school.  He had therapy that night and we told the therapist what had happened. She asked Noah what he was feeling when he was told no iPad.  He asked for a piece of paper and drew a bar graph to express his feelings!  Sad was 6.  Angry was 8 and Happy was 1.  It's amazing he thinks this way.  The therapist was impressed.
This was last Thursday at school.

The walk home which is nice when it's warm.
The new Airborne is coming along.  It's huge!

Ariel had practice again.
Coach Lynde wrote her a message.  "Decide that you want it more than you are afraid of it."  Rachel used to say that to her too.
