First Snowfall

Well today was fun.  Crazy snow started early so there was no school or work.  Luckily I went to the market twice yesterday so we had plenty to eat.  Melissa and Burghy spent the day with us.  We had lots of fun and even got Ariel into the snow, but more on that later.

Back to Sunday.  After Sunday school the snow started.
We settled in for one wild Eagles game.
This forecast wasn't even close.  There was more than 4" before the game even started.
This is what it looked like!
I could have gone to the game.  Still debating if I made the right decision.
The first half was ridiculous.  Slipping and sliding everywhere.  The players seemed to get used to it by the second half and it ended up being a great game.
 Time to play!

The neighbors were so nice.  We didn't have any snow clothes so they got him ready.

It was a light and fluffy snow so hard to make snowballs or snowmen.
 Time for sledding.

 Go Aden!
 It was windy and cold.
The kids don't feel it though.  They can stay out all day.  Ariel slept right through the fun.
That night we made Playdough ice creacm
Um Ariel, it's not really ice cream.
In case you were wondering what happened to Buddy Bear.
She needed two bowls of ice cream.
