Friday was a crazy weather day with Hurricane Arthur passing by. It wasn't too bad near us but pretty awful at the Shore so we didn't hurry down. By nighttime, the clouds cleared so went to Greg/Jackie's, Sheri/Barry's house on the beach for an impromptu party.
We were not expecting the kids to go on the beach, but we were wrong.
Right away with the digging? What is with the digging?

Finally got the girls in to eat. They had an amazing spread including tons of hoagies from Sack O' Subs in Ventnor.
Back to the beach.
The kids ran back to the ocean again, so we had to chase them down.
The new kitchen! Their whole first floor was wiped out by Hurricane Sandy.
