Blackjack Champ

It's Tuesday night.  These are from last Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

My parents got a letter!

We set up the big slide after camp.  

Even Heather did it.  

Aden's girlfriend, yes girlfriend, Lanie came over.  

She's great with the kids.

The best dinner for our guest.  Chicken nuggets and french fries.

They all did except Aden who hid.  

On Tuesday, Eli found a swim cap to keep his hair dry on the slide.  

That night we got these pics.  This might be my favorite one so far.  Ariel playing blackjack with a bunch of boys.  

On Wednesday, I dropped off Aden early at camp.  The CITs had a trip to Hersheypark.  

This was the only picture Aden sent us.  He had a fun day.  Luckily the dramamine worked and he went on a bunch of rides and didn't feel sick.

Amy met Becky for lunch.  We haven't seen her and Larry since they moved to Atlanta a year ago.  

Honey came over that night.

That night, they had a dog show at camp.  

This was probably Ariel's favorite night at camp.  

 

Chillin' At The Pool

It's Monday night and today was beautiful.  In the 70's and no humidity.  We have a leak in the ceiling of our family room!  It was dripping on us while we were watching the Olympics.  It's like we were swimming too!  The roof people are coming tomorrow.  Last Sunday we woke up to some cute pics of Ariel and some dogs!

We went over to Amy's parent's house.  Melissa was there with her friend Emily.

It was a nice day.

The pool was a little chilly.  

The tub was warmer.

I set up the huge slip and slide.  

Back to the pool.

Later I went with Eli to the school playground.  

 

Chess Master

It's Sunday night and it's pouring.  How much rain have we had this summer?  It's like non-stop.  Last Saturday we were home.  We almost went to the shore but it wasn't to be.  Eli tried to be helpful in the morning.  

We took the boys to the Lion's Pride Playground where my old camp used to be.  There was a giant chess set.  

Eli started messing around with the pieces then a kid ran up and asked if he wanted to play.  The both played really well!  Noah did better and the other kid eventually resigned!  It was amazing.  

Off to the playground.  

This place is fun.  

Eli and Noah made friends with a bunch of kids who were there for a birthday party.  They kept asking the kids to get them food and drinks from the party, which they did!

That night, we went to Ali and Todd's for swimming and dinner.  

I got a toad out of the pool!  There was a frog too.  

The kids had fun.  

I got a pie from Dangerously Delicious Pies in Baltimore.  It came highly recommended but it was just ok.

Sam got a new bike!

Sam always wants to play in my car.
