Oh Well

Since I was lazy and didn't update over the weekend, you are stuck with a huge post.  We are trying to forget about last night.  At least we have the Phillies!  Friday we made more house decisions.  Have the carpet and wallpaper figured out.  Don't worry, the wallpaper is being kept to some trim work in the entryway and one bathroom.  Amy likes it but I don't.

Friday night we just stayed in.  Aden was busy with his foot.

Saturday morning Aden had a make-up music class at the fire station in Yardley.  He missed Monday's class when we were in Florida.  It was my first experience at one of these things.  It was super crowded and mixed in ages.  You might see people you know in the background.

Aden was very attentive, especially when the teacher was playing the guitar.

All of the sudden, he can sit up by himself!

No, the stick is not for eating!

Do you believe how big he looks!?!

Aden really loves to dance.  He laughs the whole time.  Of course it's hard to get a picture when they are moving.

More sitting.

After a quick lunch at Chili's, we headed back to the City.

I want those babyback, babyback, babyback ribs!!!

We checked out Grossman's furniture in the City.  Found some stuff we really liked.  We then drove down to Delaware to pick up a piece of furniture for Aden.  For those of you who have Morigeau-Lepine baby furniture and paid the huge premium because Karl's told you it was the best and would be around forever, you might be shocked to find out they went out of business!  I think Karl's was the most shocked as their stuff accounts for about 75% of Karl's sales.  Anyway, Closics in Delaware was practically giving away their Morigeau stuff so we got Aden a bookcase, tax free!  That thing was much bigger than I thought.  We got it into Amy's car but the driver's seat had to be up against the wheel.

We met Amy's family and Bev at the Pub in Pennsuken, New Jersey.  We usually go there in the Summer on the way home from the Shore but everyone just wanted to go. It was Aden's first time there and he was blown away by the free salad bar.

I told Aden to get the half rack.  There was no way he was going to finish the all those ribs!

What is he thinking about?

It was a late dinner and Aden started to fall asleep.  All that food probably didn't help either.

Sunday morning we watched the 3 hour season finale of Lost to get ready for the new season starting this week!  We then visited my grandmother.  She was excited to see Aden.  Then to Amy's house to watch the Eagles lose.  Aden was so looking forward to going to the Superbowl.

A little dancing to cheer Aden up.

It will be the last time Aden wears green for a while!

With all this talk of ribs all weekend, Jenny was wondering where her's were!

Monday morning.  Nothing like a fresh coat of snow to freshen things up.
