Indians Banquet, finally

Last Sunday was a long, tough day.  Noah had a soccer tournament starting at 8:30 am.  They were going to play 3 games and if they won all 3, they would play a 4th Championship Game.  Of course, no parent wanted that.  Lol.

They started out strong and won the first game 5-1.
The second game ended tied 4-4 so they had a shootout, which was pretty dramatic.  The parents were on their feet pacing.  It ended in a 1-1 tie!  So they had a sudden death shootout!  We scored first and won.

Then onto the third game, the boys were clearly out of steam.  They were having breakdowns and crying.
We got beat pretty soundly.

Noah had a good series.
Great season boys!
Then the soccer team had a pool party.  Eli joined.

It was a beautiful day.

Soccer ball pinata.
It took a few trips through all the kids before they got it open.
Candy everywhere.
Eli went inside and made friends with the cat.  He was fascinated and asked so many questions.
That night, was the long overdue Indians Cheer Banquet.  They finished in early November.  The team has been together for 5 years and many of the girls are at Airborne so we see everyone pretty regularly anyway.
The girls always have fun.
Lynde gave out individual awards to all 35 girls!  How did she even remember the season?
Ariel getting hers.  The Love of the Sport Award.
Here they are, your 2022 Northampton Indians!

Good job Ariel and Dori.
Some TikToks before we left.  The new season starts soon!
