Labor Day

Last Monday was Labor Day.  We didn't want the summer season to be over but we needed to get home to get the kids ready for school.  I went for a run.   

Eli and Steven went to the playground.  

Then came back to play while we packed the world.  

I got everything in the car, which was amazing.  

I also cleaned out the beach cart and the garage.  

They played as much as they could.  

Then they went next door to watch funny videos.  

Ariel did some TikToks to mark the day.  

That's it!  We got it all in!

We headed out after lunch.  There was a bit of traffic.  

We made it home!

Smoked some chicken wings for dinner.  

So strong!

Eli went to find Vicky.  

It's nice when all the kids are out playing like when Aden and Ariel were younger.  

We went up to the school to check out the new playground.  

We had lots of fun.
