Brave

It's late Sunday night, we are back from the Shore and the kids are asleep.  We would probably have stayed over but we had a tough night with Ariel last night and we were afraid of a repeat.  I will get to the whole story later but let's just say it might have something to do with teething.

Friday we met my family at Downbeach Deli in Margate.
It's pretty much either this place or Italian and I am sick of Italian.

She had him close his eyes and guess.  It was a chocolate covered marshmallow.
It will be sad when she is too big for my grandmother to hold.
Of course he got chocolate everywhere.
The cane is always either a gun or a sword.
We then stopped by Judy and Steve's house.
 Steve kept the kids busy.
 Aden had a good time.
He really loves Adam and Brianna.
Saturday morning it was already too hot to do anything by the time we woke up.
 Indoor fun!

The tree people finally came to check out the tree out back after last Friday's storm.
They trimmed the tree and sadly did find damage to the roof.
I thought Aden would like to watch the truck but he was happy trying to catch fish.
 Eat those branches!
It was so hot, around 100, that we decided to skip the beach.  We found out later that was a good move.  There was no breeze and people were uncomfortable.  We went to the movies and saw Brave.  Aden did well with the 3D glasses and even asked if we could see the movie again after it was over.  Did anyone see it?  The story was fine but the actual animation was breathtaking.
Of course Aden had to play some games after the movie.
