Happy Cactus

We had a much better weekend.  The kids were healthy, slept and the weather was good.  We had a slight problem though as we were about to drive back, I got a warning light that said I shouldn't drive the car.  It's still at the Shore, being picked up tomorrow.  We hitched a ride back with Melissa and Mark.

Back to Friday.  Aden insisted on taking his zombie picture to school.  He was so excited to show it to everyone.
The teacher even put it up for the day.
 How cute are these whales?
Our cactus is so happy it's been hot.  The previous owners planted it.  In the winter, it shrivels up but it's back baby and about to bloom!
 Our roses are in too!
A little outdoor play before the long car ride.

This totally happens on it's own.
 A quick dinner with Melissa.

They really find everything the dogs do fascinating.
The drive wasn't too bad.  We made it in less than 2 hours.
Saturday morning, the kids were up early, but both slept through the night in their own beds.  Score!

Grandmom makes the best French toast!
Then a walk to Juniors.  I can't believe it's been almost 10 months.
Ariel enjoyed her first ride in the wagon, which survived the hurricane well.
Aden wanted to go see the boats.

 Grandpop's Waverunner isn't here yet.

Let's go back and get ready for the beach...
