Ariel Gets Her Back Handspring

It's a stormy Thursday night.  Last Thursday was also stormy.  Eli ended up in our bed last week.  We shall see about tonight.  It's been raining for a couple of days so we haven't had any sports.  Last Thursday was pretty exciting though.

Ariel went for her private lesson at Airborne.  Her coaches were there so they worked on their routine a little.
Then it was back handspring time.
We've been working on this for a while.

Coach Serina told Ariel it was time.
Coach Aurora gave her some more tips.
Then it was time to go!

Ariel's first time doing a back handspring!

Then she moved down to the floor.

Then a clean one on the floor!

She didn't want to ring the bell.  She wants to get more consistent first.  It was cool that she got to do it in front of Fionna who is up in the air here.

Great job Fi!
That night, Eli had his first therapy session.  Now both twins are in therapy along with the rest of us!

Here's Eli and Mickey joining us during the thunderstorms I was talking about.

Last Friday, Dani came for cheer.

She sadly was not able to do a back handspring.  She gets in her head sometimes.

Ariel and I packed up and headed to the shore!  She had a cheer competition down there the next day.  Have a great weekend!
